Commission Info

After much deliberation and much hyping myself up to do this, I finally decided to open up commissions!

I’ve been needing something to do for a while, so I decided that it wouldn’t be a bad idea to do art
commissions on the side.

Currently, I will only be taking TWO commissions at a time.

This is my first time doing something like this, so be patient, please!

~ Addendums ~

  1. How this will work is that I will discuss terms with the client until an agreement is formed. A Google Form will be sent to the client to fill out. This is just so that I can easily keep track of things.

  2. If we don’t come to an agreement, or I choose to reject the commission, I will move on to the next requester until the slots are filled.

  3. If you sent a request after the two slots have been filled, I will notify you and let you know that you’ll have to send your request again when I open up commissions again.

  4. Please be as detailed as possible when you commission me. Visuals are ideal, but if you don’t have any visuals, please bullet point whatever information you need to give me.

  5. If the client so chooses, they may also receive a file of the commission without my signature and watermark, but that will be an additional cost of +$30 USD.

  6. Ideally, it takes me about a week to finish a drawing, but I cannot guarantee that I’ll finish your commission in that time frame. If you have a date you want the drawing finished, please commission me at least a month before the date. Otherwise, I will take my time finishing your commission.

  7. I know I don’t have a sample for complex backgrounds, but I do know how to draw most backgrounds. Terms of what is considered complex or doable will be discussed one-on-one.

  8. Refunds are available, no questions asked. The amount refunded is dependent on how far along I am in the commission. I will discuss one-on-one with the client how much will be refunded. However, if I am unable to fulfill the commission for any reason, I will let the client know and issue a full refund regardless of how far along in the commission I am.

  9. Commissions are typically drawn on a letter-size canvas (8.5 in x 11 in) at printing size (300 DPI). Please let me know if there is a different size you want your commission to be drawn on.

  10. All commissions will be posted publicly (at a lower resolution than the file(s) you will receive) unless otherwise stated by the client.

  11. Commissions will be delivered via email.

  12. This should go without saying, but DO NOT resell my artwork or use it for commercial or profit purposes, especially if you choose to buy the commission without my signature and watermark. I will just keep upping the prices of my commissions in compensation every time someone tries to profit off my work without my permission <3
